Chelsie Corrinne Kryst, Miss USA 2019, was an American television host, model, and beauty pageant winner who lived from April 28, 1991, through January 30, 2022.
She competed in the Miss Universe 2019 competition as Miss USA and placed in the top ten. Kryst was a licensed attorney who worked as an Extra correspondent from October 2019 till her death.
Cheslie Kryst was born in Jackson, Michigan, to a Polish American father and an African American mother on April 28, 1991. Asa, Chandler, Jet, and Brooklyn were her four brothers, while Page was her sister.

Kryst made two efforts to win Miss North Carolina after a long hiatus from pageants, landing in the top ten on her first attempt and first runner-up on her second.
Kryst competed in Miss North Carolina USA 2017 in 2016 and finished fourth runner-up. She competed again the following year, finishing in the top ten, before winning Miss North Carolina USA 2019 and representing Metrolina.
