Christian Arroyo, the full name Christian Israel Arroyo is a professional baseball player who currently plays as a baseball infielder for the Boston Red Sox baseball team of the Major League Baseball(MLB).
He was born May 30, 1995, in Brooksville, Florida, United States. Christian grew up in Florida where he was born and had his high school education at Hernando High School in Brooksville, Florida. Christian was part of the United States national baseball team that played the 2013 18U Baseball World Cup. He was named as the MVP of that tournament and his participation in the game helped the USA win the gold medal.
In the same year of winning the tournament, the San Francisco Giants drafted him during the first round of the MLB draft. Although during that time he was playing college baseball at the University of Florida, he opted out and signed with the Giants.
Christian made his professional debut with the Arizona League Giants in 2013. He got promoted from minor leagues to major leagues on April 24, 2017, by the Giants and he made his MLB debut that same day for the Giants. 
The Giants traded him to the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team in December 2017. In 2019, he was traded to the Cleveland Indians. After a year with the Indians, he was taken in by the Boston Red Sox.
