Former United States Army Reserve officer Lee Michael Zeldin is a well-known American lawyer, politician, and lawyer-politician. He was born in the United States on January 30th, 1980.

He was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2015 and has represented New York’s 1st congressional district ever since.

His district encompasses Smithtown, Brookhaven, Riverhead, Southold, Southampton, East Hampton and Shelter Island as well as a small portion of Islip in Suffolk County.



Lee Zeldin

As a New York State Senator, Zeldin served from 2011 to 2014, representing the 3rd Senate District. Zeldin was a steadfast Trump supporter during the term of Trump’s presidency.

He made a point of defending the president during Trump’s initial impeachment hearings in relation to the Trump–Ukraine incident.

Zeldin voted against the certification of Arizona’s and Pennsylvania’s electoral votes after Trump was defeated in the 2020 presidential election and began making unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud. Zeldin announced his desire to run for governor of New York next year, 2022, in April of that year.

As of today, he is the candidate for governor of both the Republican Party and the Conservative Party after winning the Republican primary in which he squared off against three other candidates.

Lee Zeldin is married to Diana Zeldin. It is rumoured that Diana Zeldin is a member of the Mormon faith. The couple’s two kids, Mikayla and Arianna, are twins and they both go to Hebrew school in the Temple.
