Associate Justice Michael Kavanaugh currently serves on the Supreme Court of the United States of America. On July 9, 2018, President Donald Trump submitted his nomination for him, and he has been in office since October 6, 2018.

He attended Yale University for his undergraduate education and Yale Law School for his legal education. It was under the presidency of George W. Bush that he served as a staff secretary at the White House.

Brett Kavanaugh

His nomination to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit came in 2003 from President George W. Bush. Brett Kavanaugh was nominated for a post on the Supreme Court of the United States by President Donald Trump on July 9, 2018, to fill the vacancy left by associate judge Anthony Kennedy’s retirement.

He has rejected charges that he sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford in early 1980s, which she has accused him of doing. On October 6, the entire Senate voted in favour of confirming him with a final tally of 50 votes to 48, with one Democrat voting to approve him and one Republican voting against him but not casting a vote.

Along with Chief Justice John Roberts, he is increasingly seen as a swing vote on the Supreme Court, and as a result, he is occasionally the target of criticism from pundits on the right side of the media.

Dear Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh,
Marriage was God’s idea from inception and has always been specifically between “One man and One woman”. This union was blessed by God and was the first covenant that He established with man. Leviticus 18:22 “Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind: it is an abomination” (vile, detestable action). Verse 24 – “Defile not yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you”.

So, the actions above are historically recorded to have “defiled nations”. The sexual actions of former nations were responsible for the polluting and corrupting of entire nations. This is a “WARNING” from the Word of God. To open a Supreme Court ruling to change the national, federally mandated legal definition of marriage as not between one man and one woman would codify every immoral sexual relationship as “legal” and therefore, encourage all gay activity and gender changing agendas. The culture would surely applaud this as “Gay Pride”.

Does God condemn sexual deviation and call for us to hate these people? Leviticus 19:17 & 18
“Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not suffer sin upon him. Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself; I am the Lord”.

I understand that our culture is forcing you to legislate “Societies’ Version of Morality” upon the entire nation with disregard for what Father God blesses and what He does not bless. The Supreme Court can only hold back evil for so long, and then the Judgement. Do the right thing. Thank you for your godly stand for what is right!
