Is Kodak Black A Drug Dealer?

According to recent reports, Kodak Black is once again in legal hot water. According to TMZ, the native of Pompano Beach was detained on Friday (July 15) while he was driving around in a Dodge Durango in Ft. Lauderdale. The police believed that the vehicle had a little bit too much tint on it.

After stopping Kodak’s vehicle, the police claimed it smelled like marijuana, so they conducted a search and found 31 Oxycodone pills and $74,960 in cash. Kodak was arrested.

According to the police, both his tags and his license had expired. As a direct consequence of this, he was arrested and taken to the Broward County Jail. A tweet by Andy Slater, a reporter for Fox News, revealed late on Friday night that Kodak had been charged with trafficking.

“Kodak Black was arrested on Friday in South Florida,” he wrote. “Cops pulled over the rapper and during a search found 30+ Oxycodone pills and over $50,000 in cash, multiple sources tell me.” He added, “Kodak Black is being charged with trafficking, multiple sources tell me.”

Since the beginning of his rap career, Kodak Black has been dogged by a series of legal issues. In point of fact, if he had not been granted a pardon by the president, it is highly likely that he would still be serving time behind bars.

Donald Trump granted clemency to both Lil Wayne and Kodak in January 2021, which meant that they were both able to be released from prison almost immediately after the news broke.
