The primary antagonist of the 2022 Disney+ prequel Hocus Pocus 2 and the 1993 Disney live-action dark fantasy horror comedy film Hocus Pocus is Winifred “Winnie” Sanderson.
Among her sisters Mary and Sarah, she is the witch with the most experience and intelligence. The Salem townspeople executed Winifred and her sisters in 1693 for their sinister deeds; Max Dennison afterward raised them from the dead in 1993.
Upon her return, Winifred started terrorizing the community in an effort to abduct kids and take their souls in order to prevent herself from aging and dying again.
Winifred, the oldest witch and the most powerful and wise of the three, has a remarkable command of evil magic. She can use dark magic to do a wide range of things, including:
Electrokinesis; Winifred could project her power in the shape of green lightning from her fingertips using her distinctive magical power, electrokinesis. The lighting can be used as a sort of kinesis in addition to electrocuting her target.

Casting Spells; Winifred was also incredibly skilled at casting spells, especially those that came from her spellbook, which she frequently did with the assistance of her sisters. Using magic she independently cast, Winifred summoned Billy Butcherson as a zombie from the dead to carry out her will.
He originally appeared to be on her side, but then turned around and joined her opponents in their opposition against her and her sisters.
