The A-General Team’s Harlan “Bull” Fulbright and a minor role in Tales of Wells Fargo’s last season, which featured Dale Robertson, are two of the most well-known performances by American actor Jack Lee Ging.

On September 10, 2022, Jack Lee Ging, 90, passed away in Palm Springs, California. Although Jack and Katie Ging were married “right out of high school,” the cause of his passing has not yet been revealed.

With her, he had one child. He married Gretchen Graening on April 19, 1956, following their divorce. In September 1973, they divorced and had a son together.

Ging got married to Sharon Ramona Thompson in Los Angeles on September 23, 1978. The couple had two daughters.

General Harlan “Bull” Fullbright, the show’s antagonist played by Ging, learns that the soldiers of fortune were heroes rather than villains.

Fullbright’s on-screen persona vanished when he was wounded in the back during a rescue effort to save his daughter.

It was a program for kids. He joked in an interview, “They shot 10,000 machine guns from every roof and tossed bombs and grenades, yet nobody ever got killed – except me.”

Ging worked primarily in the television industry, making guest appearances on shows like Bat Masterson, The Roaring 20s, The Twilight Zone, Perry Mason, Gunsmoke, Bonanza, The Six Million Dollar Man, and Hawaii Five-O.
