Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finalized their marriage and are now married. At a late hour on Saturday night, the couple who had been engaged twice tied the knot at the A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Lopez announced on Sunday via her fan newsletter On the JLo that the two had, in fact, tied the knot, and she also released images, videos, and other information from the special occasion.
Both the bride and groom chose to wear unique outfits to their wedding, with the bride wearing “a frock from an old movie and the groom wearing a jacket from Ben’s closet.”
In addition, Lopez and Affleck exchanged rings with one another after reading their respective vows to one another “in the little chapel.” Lopez and Affleck plan to remain married for the rest of their lives.
According to the Associated Press, court documents that were filed on Sunday revealed that Lopez, 52, and Affleck, 49, acquired a license on Saturday in the county of Clark, Nevada.
TMZ was the first news outlet to break the story. According to the document, Lopez wants to change her name to Jennifer Affleck.
