Andrew Heaney is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Miami Marlins, Los Angeles Angels, and New York Yankees.

The Marlins traded Heaney, along with Chris Hatcher, Austin Barnes, and Enrique Hernández, to the Los Angeles Dodgers on December 10, 2014, in exchange for Dan Haren, Dee Gordon, and Miguel Rojas.

He was traded to the Los Angeles Angels five hours later in exchange for Howie Kendrick.

Heaney praised the Dodgers for their brief partnership on Twitter, writing, “We had a great run, @Dodgers! It’s an honor to be a member of such an illustrious franchise. #thanksforthememories”.

Heaney was brought up after several injuries to the starting rotation, and he made 18 starts with the Angels. He pitched for Anaheim and went 6–4 with a 2.79 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 105 innings.

Heaney was the Angels’ second starting pitcher on opening day in 2016.
