Jordan Spieth Wife: Jordan Spieth’s Wife Annie Verret?

Jordan Spieth

Jordan Spieth, whose full name is Jordan Alexander Spieth, is a professional golfer who has held the top spot in the Official World Golf Ranking in the past. With Tiger Woods, he holds the distinction of being the only player to have won the U.S. Junior Amateur twice, at Trump National Bedminster in 2009 and Gold Mountain in 2011.

When Brandt Snedeker withdrew from the 2012 U.S. Open, he was given a spot as an alternate. His U.S. Open success moved him to the top of the amateur golf rankings. Midway through his sophomore year at the University of Texas in 2012, he decided to turn professional after failing to make it all the way through PGA Tour qualifying school. He played in his debut competition in the 2013 golf season.

He competed in his first Masters in April of that year, sharing the lead with Bubba Watson after 54 holes. He was chosen for the 2014 Ryder Cup team after winning the PGA Championship, marking him the nation’s youngest player since Horton Smith achieved so in 1929. Jordan missed the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open to start the year.

Spieth started the day three strokes behind Harold Varner III, the leader after the third round, but after shooting a fourth-round 66, Spieth rapidly rose to the top of the leaderboard.
