Joshua Randol Fleming, an American professional baseball pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball, was born on May 18, 1996. (MLB). In August of that year, he made his MLB debut.

Fleming pitched for the Columbia Eagles at Columbia High School in Columbia, Illinois.

The Tampa Bay Rays selected Fleming in the fifth round of the 2017 MLB draft out of Webster University. That year, he joined with the Princeton Rays and made his debut.

Fleming had a 5.40 earned run average (ERA) in 12 games for the 2017 season (nine starts). Fleming began the 2018 season with the Bowling Green Hot Rods, where he pitched in ten games and had a 1.20 ERA.

Fleming joined the Charlotte Stone Crabs in July and posted a 3–3 record with a 4.11 ERA. Fleming was voted MVP of the season by the Montgomery Biscuits after recording a 2-1 record with a 3.31 ERA in 21 games.

With the Durham Bulls, he concluded the season with a 5.14 ERA in four games.

Fleming and his wife, Katie, met at Webster University (where she played volleyball) and married in November 2020 in St. Louis.
