Luke Barker (born March 11, 1992) is a Major League Baseball pitcher who currently pitches for the Milwaukee Brewers.

Barker attended Pleasant Valley High School in Chico, California, where he grew up. He played four seasons of collegiate baseball at Chico State.

After breaking a school record with 18 saves as a junior, Barker was selected first-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) and first-team Division II All-American, and he was named All-CCAA again as a senior after finishing 4–3 with a 1.73 ERA in 11 starts.



Barker was undrafted in the 2015 MLB draft and signed with the independent Frontier League’s Traverse City Beach Bums. On November 28, 2016, the Milwaukee Brewers signed him.

Barker was assigned to the Class A Wisconsin Timber Rattlers in 2017 before being promoted to the Carolina Mudcats in Class A-Advanced. After returning to Carolina for the 2018 season and finishing 6–4 with 20 saves and a 2.21 ERA, he was awarded the Carolina League Relief Pitcher of the Year.

To begin the 2019 season, Barker was sent to the Double-A Biloxi Shuckers, where he pitched for 23 innings and was named a Southern League All-Star before being promoted to the Triple-A San Antonio Missions. For the 2021 season, Barker rejoined the Nashville Sounds at Triple-A.
