Meet Lucy Brier’s mother Ann Davies

Ann Cuerton Davies was an English actress. She was born on November 25, 1934, and passed away on April 26, 2022. Davies was the mother of actress Lucy Briers and Katie Brier.

She was married to actor Richard Brier until his passing in February 2013, and they had two children together. In addition, she appeared alongside Briers in the movies Peter’s Friends (1992) and In the Bleak Midwinter (1993). (1995).



She made one of her early appearances on television as the character Jenny in an episode of the BBC series Doctor Who titled “The Dalek Invasion of Earth.” This was one of her earliest roles on television.

In 2003, Davies made a guest appearance on an episode of the television show Doctors, playing the role of Annette Ludlow. A radio version of the television show Brothers in Law included Davies, along with her husband, in one of the episodes.

Davies passed away on the 26th of April, 2022, when he was 87 years old.
