Mohammed Kudus is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Eredivisie club Ajax and the Ghana national team.

On the 16th of July in the year 2020, Kudus signed a five-year contract with Ajax, an Eredivisie team, for the sum of nine million euros.

On September 20th, in a league match against RKC Waalwijk, he was given his first official opportunity to play for the club. As a result of this, head coach Erik ten Hag referred to Kudus as a player who possesses “great potential.”



He continued his good play by scoring one goal and contributing three assists in his first three appearances, which brought his total to one goal and four assists.

On October 21, he made his debut for the club in the UEFA Champions League against Liverpool at their home stadium. Unfortunately, the match was a disaster.

After only six minutes, Kudus had to be taken out of the game due to a meniscus injury, which will keep him out of action for several months.
