According to The Canberra Times, Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios who is ranked as World No. 13, has been accused with beating his ex-girlfriend Chiara Passari after an altercation on December 21.



Nick Kyrgios an Australian tennis player whose full name is Nicholas Hilmy Kyrgios is a professional tennis player from Canberra Australia who was born on April 27, 1995. He has a career-high ATP singles Ranking of being World No. 13 at the time which he achieved on October 24 2016. He is known to have won six ATP titles and has reached nine ATP finals as well including a Masters 1000 final at the 2017 Cincinnati Masters.

His birthplace is the focal point of his early years. His parents are of Malay and Greek descent. His mother is a computer engineer, whereas his father is a well-known painter. He was known to have a liking for basketball in his early teens before switching to tennis. According to reports, Nick started his professional career in 2012 during a first-round qualifying match at the Australian Open.



Relating to the topic of discussion at the time, Kyrgios is regarded to be a very controversial tennis player with a relatively bad reputation as the ‘bad  boy’ of tennis. He is known to have received more fines for his abusive on-court behavior at the time than any other player in ATP history.
