Actor Omri Katz is well-known in the United States of America. He has done a few advertisements as a young child at the age of seven before making an appearance on television. The lead character of John Ross Ewing III in the CBS Channel soap series Dallas was portrayed by Omri Katz. He portrayed the part from the series’ midway to 1991, when it concluded after broadcasting for four seasons.

He gained fame by making an appearance in 149 episodes. He even received the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Youth Actor in a Prime-Time Soap Opera in recognition of his performance. Omri starred in various TV programs and films after making his big break in Dallas.

Additionally, he appeared as a guest star in an episode of Simon & Simon Boy. He was a character in the magical comedy Hocus Pocus. He played Max Dennis in the movie Hocus Pocus, a young man from Los Angeles, California, who had recently moved to Salem, Massachusetts.
