Trouble DTE, a rapper best known for his tracks depicting the grittier side of life in Atlanta, was slain by a gunshot early Sunday, June 5, 2022, according to investigators. He was 34 years old at the time. Trouble’s real name was Mariel Semonte Orr, and he died after sustaining gunshot injuries while in his car visiting a friend at Lake St. at 3:20 a.m.
Currently, investigators are looking into who may have committed the killing and what could have been the motive behind it. In this regard, Alexis Sky, the victimized rapper’s ex-girlfriend, expressed her regret over the incidents.
“I never would have imagined receiving the call this morning. I’m speechless. I’m sorry this is happening to you Skoob…Praying for your kids and family” she wrote on social media.
Trouble DTE debuted in April 2011 with the release of his mixtape “December 17th,” which marked the start of a decade-long career in music. After then, he released two more studio albums, Edgewood (2018) and Thug Love (2020). Trouble DTE later signed with Mike Will and his label Ear Drummer Records.

From information on the net, Trouble DTE had one child and a baby mama. Although much is not known about the child we know it is a girl as he tweeted in 2013 which read “I finally get to pick up my daughter today”.
