Sony Michael is a runner with the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). The Patriots drafted him in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Georgia.



Born on February 17, 1995 (age 26 years), in Orlando, Florida, in the United States of America was said to have attended college at the University of Georgia where he played college football.

Michel’s parents left Haiti a year after Lamise was born. Michel went to American Heritage in Plantation. Michel started with the American Heritage Patriots in eighth grade. With 1,833 yards and 24 touchdowns as a senior.



As a true freshman at Georgia in 2014, Michel played in eight games and made one start. He missed five games due to a fractured shoulder blade.

 He rushed for 410 yards on 64 carries with five rushing touchdowns. Michel entered 2015 as a backup to Nick Chubb but earned extensive playing time.

During his three seasons with the Patriots, he won Super Bowl LIII and scored the game’s only touchdown. In 2021, Michel joined the Rams.
