The daughter of actress Bette Midler, Sophie Frederica Alohilani von Haselberg is well recognized. In the United States of America, in the city of Los Angeles, she was born on November 14, 1986. Much like her mother, she is an actor. At Yale University, she pursued courses in sociology and East Asian studies while attending the Fieldston School for Ethical Culture.
She also worked for an advertising agency in China before returning to Yale in 2011 to enroll in the theater department to study acting. She got a part in Woody Allen’s 2015 movie Irrational Man. Her mother, Bette Midler performed on Broadway in Fiddler on the Roof from 1966 to 1969 as Tzeitel. She also founded the New York Restoration Project (NYRP) in 1995 to restore abandoned local parks in New York City neighborhoods that are experiencing economic hardship.
