Spencer Howard is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the Philadelphia Phillies.



Instead, Howard was assigned to the Class A Short-Season New York–Penn League Williamsport Crosscutters. Over nine starts in his first season in the major leagues, Howard recorded a 1–1 record with a 4.45 ERA and 40 strikeouts.
