The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are an NFL group based in Tampa, Florida. The Buccaneers are a member of the NFC South division of the National Football League (NFL). The squad entered the NFL as an expansion team in 1976, alongside the Seattle Seahawks, and competed in the American Football Conference (AFC) West division for the first season.

Martín Gramática

Martn Gramática is a retired American placekicker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts, Dallas Cowboys, and New Orleans Saints in the National Football League. In the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft, he was chosen by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.



During his final year, Gramática began playing American football. He made 8 of 10 field goals, 22 extra points, and 38 of 49 kickoffs for touchbacks out of the end zone. The longest field goal he ever made was 52 yards.

Matt Bryant

Steven Matt Bryant, also known as “Money Matt,” was an American football placekicker in the 1990s. He was an unrestricted free agent with the AFL’s Iowa Barnstormers in 2000 after playing collegiate football for the Baylor Bears.

He is the NFL’s ninth most effective kicker.

Connor Barth

The Miami Dolphins, Denver Broncos, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Orleans Saints, and Chicago Bears have all had Barth on their rosters. He currently holds the Buccaneers team record for greatest field goal percentage, which he set in 2011.

During the 2012 season, he also set a new team record by hitting 25 straight field goals. He’s also the Buccaneers’ most effective kicker, making 83.8 percent of his shot attempts (114-of-136) throughout his tenure with the team. He ranks third in team history with 114 field goals, 135 PATs, and 447 points.

Garo Yepremian

He finished his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he spent the final two years of his career. In 1980, he made 16 of 23 field goals, his lowest field goal percentage since 1977, when he made only 45 percent. He went 2 for 4 in 1981, his final season, before being replaced by Bill Capece.

John Carney

Between 1988 and 1989, Carney appeared in five games for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He made two of five field goals and all six of his extra point tries.
