Ulises Davila is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for A-League club Macarthur FC which he captains.

Jalisco-native Dávila won the 1990–91 National Youth Championship with Guadalajara with a 1–0 victory over Pachuca, where he scored the only goal, in July 2006.

This victory over Arsenal was followed up by a triumph in the Manchester United Premier Cup “Generation 1991,” which Chivas also captured that same year.



While on loan at Tapatio in the Primera División A in 2008–09, he scored three goals in eighteen appearances.

When Guadalajara played Pachuca on August 29, 2009, he made his debut in the Primera Division in a 2–2 tie. In addition, Dávila appeared in five games for Argentina in the Copa Libertadores.

For the 2011–12 season, it was revealed that Dávila has been loaned out to Vitesse Arnhem of the Netherlands. He was given the jersey number 24, which he now wears.

On September 17, 2011, he made his professional debut for Vitesse Arnhem against Roda JC Kerkrade in a 5–0 triumph. Tomá Kalas, Dávila’s Chelsea colleague, was a regular starter for the Blues, whereas Dávila had been an unused substitute for several games.
