Michael Sussmann is a former prosecutor from America as well as a former partner of law firm Perkins Coie who is known to focus on Privacy and Cybersecurity law. Michael Sussmann was born in the year 1964 and is undoubtedly 58 years old.

Sussmann was also a representative of the Democratic National Committee and retained CrowdStrike to examine and look into a development that had to do with two Russian groups penetrating DNC networks and stealing information.

In the year September 2021 he was reportedly indicted for being deceitful to the US Federal Bureau of Investigation by a grand jury which was chaired by special council John Durham. John has been investigating into the origins of the FBI Russia Probe into threat reports and possible links between Officials of Russia and associates of Donald Trump. Sussmann who has now become a subject of discussion pleaded not guilty according to reports. His trial commenced this may 2022 and he has been acquitted after a trial that lasted for almost two weeks.



The story details to the fact that a data breach was reported to Sussmann on April 28, 2016, by DNC CEO Amy Dacy. Shawn Henry, CSO and President of CrowdStrike Services, was then approached by Sussmann. CrowdStrike revealed that two Russian cyber organizations, each working independently, had breached DNC networks and stolen data, including opposition research on Trump.
