Ivana Trump died at the age of 73 of a suspected heart attack after being discovered ‘unconscious and unresponsive in her New York City townhouse.
Ivana was discovered at the bottom of a flight of stairs in her Manhattan home, but an official cause of death has yet to be determined.
In a statement sent on behalf of the family, Ivana’s son Eric confirmed the news of her passing stating: “Our mother was an exceptional woman – a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and compassionate mother and friend.
Eric also posted a homage to his late mother on Instagram, offering a number of pictures of the socialite and her children throughout the years, including pictures of Ivana and her children when they were younger.

Although the cause of death is still under investigation, paramedics were informed of a cardiac arrest incident at her residence.
