Frank Pollack has been coaching since 2005. Aside from coaching his Alma mater (Northern Arizona University), Pollack has coached five NFL teams.

Pollack began his coaching career at his alma mater, Northern Arizona, where he was the co-offensive line coach in 2005 and the offensive line coach in 2006.
Pollack was an assistant offensive line coach with the Houston Texans before joining the Raiders. Houston’s offensive line helped the Texans set a franchise record with a 153-yard per game rushing average in 2011. (second in the NFL).
Pollack also aided the success of the Texans’ offensive line in 2010, when it blocked for Arian Foster, the NFL’s leading rusher with 1616 yards and 16 touchdowns (18).
Pollack was the Oakland Raiders’ former offensive line coach.
In Pollack’s first season in Dallas, the offensive line helped the Cowboys finish tenth in the NFL in yards per rush (4.48) while allowing the fewest sacks (35).
Frank Pollack will be in his 15th season as an NFL coach in 2021 and his second with the Bengals. In 2018, he was the Bengals’ offensive line coach, and he is presently back in that position.
