Lori Ryan Daybell, sometimes known as Lori Vallow Daybell, was born Lori Norene Cox in San Bernardino, California, on June 26, 1973.
She married her high school boyfriend Nelson Yanes in 1992 when she was 19 years old, but the marriage ended in divorce soon after.
On October 22, 1995, at the age of 22, she married William Lagioia, a 23-year-old from Travis County, Texas. She and Lagioia had a son, Colby, before divorcing on February 25, 1998.

Daybell and Vallow have now been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the murders of the two little kids. Daybell has entered a not guilty plea to the murder allegations against him and is currently incarcerated.
