Ryan Rodney Reynolds is a Canadian actor and producer who was born on October 23, 1976. He started his acting career in the Canadian teen serial opera Hillside (1991–1993), then moved on to minor roles before obtaining the lead role in the sitcom Two Guys and a Girl from 1998 to 2001.

Reynolds went on to star in comedies like National Lampoon’s Van Wilder (2002), Waiting… (2005), and The Proposal, among others (2009). Reynolds’ most commercially successful films were Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018), in which he starred as the titular character.

In Vancouver, British Columbia, Ryan Rodney Reynolds was born on October 23, 1976. He is the fourth son in a family of four. Prior to resigning from the force as well as working as a goods distributor, his father, James Chester Reynolds, was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer.



Tamara Lee (née Stewart) was a saleswoman in the retail industry when he was a child. Reynolds has two brothers who work in British Columbia law enforcement, one of whom joined the RCMP after his father.
