Colton McKivitz is an American football offensive tackle for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League. He played college football at West Virginia.
Born on August 9, 1996 (age 25 years), in Jacobsburg, Ohio, in the United States of America, Colton began his high school education at the East Richland Christian High School before transferring to Union Local High School shortly before his sophomore year.
McKivitz’s number was retired by Union Local in 2019. McKivitz, a three-star recruit, originally committed to Miami of Ohio but then flipped to West Virginia over offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Kent State, Marshall, and Toledo.
McKivitz was taken by the San Francisco 49ers in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL draft, taking him 153rd overall. The 49ers acquired the selection in a deal with the Miami Dolphins in exchange for Matt Breida earlier that season
