Christina Yuna Lee was an American woman of Korean descent. She was an experienced digital producer with a demonstrated history of working across retail, fashion, fitness, media, art, and music industries.
She was 35 years old Korean-American and a graduate of Rutgers University. She lived in a 6 story walk-up in Chinatown. On Sunday morning, a stranger followed her home and murdered her.
Christina was killed by a homeless 25 years old boy by the name of Assamad Nash who was said to be staying at the Bowery Homeless Shelter and was 10 years younger than Christina.
The young murderer is said to have been taken into custody and charged with three different counts being first-degree murder, burglary, and sexual assault.
He is said to be expecting a 25 years sentence from the court should he be found guilty of the crime.
