Who Is Eric Yarber Biography?

Eric Lamone Yarber, an American football coach, and former college player is the wide receivers coach for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League. He was born on September 22, 1963. (NFL).

In 1986 and 1987, he was a wide receiver with the Washington Redskins in the National Football League, winning Super Bowl XXII. Yarber graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in 1995.

Yarber was born in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated from Crenshaw High School in South-Central Los Angeles. He played junior college football at Los Angeles Valley College, despite not being able to play varsity football in high school owing to his size.



In 1984, he transferred to Idaho, a member of the Big Sky Conference, to play under Dennis Erickson, the team’s third-year head coach. In his senior year of 1985, Yarber was named conference MVP, and the Vandals won their first conference championship since 1971.

During the eleven-game regular season, Yarber led the Big Sky in receiving yards with 1,100 and ten touchdowns. Lineman Mark Schlereth and quarterback Scott Linehan, both future NFL head coaches, were teammates on the Palouse.
