In 2014, Daz was a member of the Carolina Mudcats of the Carolina League’s Class A-Advanced. Daz was chosen to the Class AA Eastern League All-Star team in 2015 while playing for the Akron RubberDucks.
In September, he was promoted to the Class AAA International League’s Columbus Clippers, and after the 2015 regular season, he was sent to the Arizona Fall League.
Daz started the 2016 season with Akron before being sent to Columbus, where he won the International League’s Rookie of the Year award.
