The Miami Dolphins were founded in 1966 and is the oldest professional sports team in Florida, and no team has ever risen to success the way they did. 10. Paul Warfield
Paul Warfield is well known for his time in Cleveland, after which he joined the Dolphins in 1970 where he played for five seasons which saw him rack up 3,355 yards and 33 touchdowns on 156 receptions.
Paul was said to have worn the 42 jersey number and played 60 career games with 156 receptions and 3,355 receiving yard as well as 33 receiving touchdowns
9. Cameron Wake (2009–2018)
Cameron Wake is considered one of the best players of the dolphins due to his ability to recorded five and a half sacks and six tackles for loss.
He was considered as a monster on the field as he recorded double-digit sacks in five seasons, with his 2015 season being cut to only seven games due to injury.
Cameron Wake left the Dolphins in 2018 after wearing the number 91 jersey for the team and played146 career games with 360 total tackles, 97 tackles for loss, 98 sacks and 22 forced fumbles
8. Zach Thomas (1996–2007)
Zach Thomas was drafted in the fifth round of the 1996 NFL Draft. He was the 19th linebacker selected overall and the second by the Dolphins.
Zack played 168 career games all as a starter with 1,640 total tackles, 70 tackles for loss, 19.5 sacks, 17 interceptions, 16 forced fumbles and 4 defensive touchdowns
