Arkadiy is the creator and owner of ARA Capital, a private investment organization whose holdings include Zoltav Resources PLC, a London Stock Exchange-listed company with the symbol ZOL.

He also purchased a 26% interest in Crosby Asset Management through his ARA Capital company. Arkadiy was said to have launched an offer for FC Copenhagen, the premier Danish football team, in 2010, however, the proposal never materialized.

Arkadiy began working as an intern at Russian bank VTB Bank’s London headquarters in 2013.

He obtained a 45 percent ownership in the shell business Zoltav Resources in the same year, as well as a stake in a Siberian oil field for $46 million.
