Tennis player Cameron Norrie hails from the United Kingdom and now competes on the ATP Tour. On the 23rd of August 1995, he was born.

A career-high rating of No. 10 in a singles competition on April 4, 2022, while he was rated at No. 123 in doubles.

He has won four ATP Tour singles titles, including the 1000 Masters at the 2021 Indian Wells Masters, and one ATP Tour doubles title during his career thus far.

Norrie was born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1995 to microbiologist Helen and her Scottish father David, who was originally from Glasgow. Norrie comes from a scientific family.

When Norrie was three years old, his home was broken into, forcing his family to move to Auckland, New Zealand, where his parents still live today.

For the next three years, he lived in London before attending Texas Christian University in Fort Worth from 2014 to 2017 as a student.

During the 2017 ATP Tour grass-court season, he made the decision to leave TCU and pursue a professional tennis career. In June of this year, a decision was reached.

Putney, in southwest London, has been at his home since he began his profession. In March 2020, Norrie will return to New Zealand with his parents to spend the rest of the year with them following the postponement of the Indian Wells Masters due to pandemic lockdowns in the United States.
