Presented in July 1993, Hocus Pocus is a fantasy comedy from the United States. A virgin teenage boy in Salem, Massachusetts, unintentionally revives a trio of evil, comical witches on Halloween night. This is the plot of the movie. John Debney wrote the music and led the orchestra for the movie Hocus Pocus.



The film’s Neil Cuthbert and Mick Garris wrote the screenplay, and Kenny Ortega oversaw the directing. Following its release, the film had a poor box office performance and earned neutral to unfavorable reviews from reviewers. As a result, when the film was in theaters, Disney suffered a loss of around $16.5 million. Hocus Pocus has gained new fans once again, which has resulted in a rise in the film’s home media sales each year throughout Halloween.

The Sanderson Sisters were unintentionally transported to present-day Salem in it, and three young women now have to figure out how to stop the child-hungry witches from wreaking havoc on the world. It was published on September 30, 2022. In Providence, Rhode Island, on October 18, 2021, Hocus Pocus 2 began shooting.
