Stephen J. Bisciotti, an American business executive and majority owner of the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League, was born on April 10, 1960. He cofounded Allegis Group, an international talent management firm headquartered in Hanover, Maryland, which owns Aerotek, TEKsystems, MarketSource, Major, Lindsey & Africa, Aston Carter, and Allegis Global Solutions.



He founded Aerotek, the largest privately-owned staffing and recruiting company in the United States, and cofounded Allegis Group, an international talent management firm headquartered in Hannover.

Bisciotti is a member of the Associated Catholic Charities and Mother Seton Academy boards of directors. Bisciotti has two sons with his wife Renee (Foote). The family lives on the Severn River’s Point Field Landing in Maryland.
