Józef Krzysztof Lesniak (born March 6, 1968, in Limanowa, died May 4, 2022) was a Polish politician and local government member who served in the Sejm for the eighth term and was the deputy voivode of Lesser Poland from 2019 to 2022.

He migrated to France as a child and graduated from the Université Nancy-II with a bachelor’s degree in 1992. He served in local administration as well as the Meurthe and Mosel departments’ administration.
He went back to Poland in the mid-1990s. He graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice with a master’s degree in political science and social sciences in 1998, after which he worked in Warsaw, among other places, for a firm that invests in retail malls.
He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in 2002 with a master’s degree in European economic management.
Within the Law and Justice party, he became active in political activity. Following his return to Nowy Scz, he was elected as a councilor of the Nowy Scz poviat in the 2010 and 2014 elections. He was the PiS district councilors’ club’s chairman.
He ran for Sejm in the Nowy Scz seat in the 2015 elections. With 16 167 votes, he was elected deputy for the eighth term. In the 2019 elections, he did not win re-elected. He was named the Maopolska deputy voivode’s second deputy in December 2019.
