Kristopher Lee Bryant simply referred to as Kris Bryant plays professional baseball in the United States of America and positions as a third baseman and outfielder.

Kris began playing baseball at the Bonanza High School in Las Vegas, Nevada where he played with the school’s baseball team throughout his four years in the school.

In 2010, during the18th round of the 2010 Major League Baseball(MLB) draft, Kris was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team but he did not sign with them and chose to go play college baseball for the San Diego Toreros baseball team at the University of San Diego.



During the 2013 MLB draft, he was considered to be one of the best available players to be selected by all the teams but the Houston Astros, who had the first overall pick, scouted him instead. This caused the Chicago Cubs to choose him since they had the second pick. Kris signed with the Cubs for a signing bonus worth $6.7 million.

In 2015, Kris was invited to spring training and was also called up to the majors by the Cubs. He was with the Cubs till July 2021 when they traded him to the San Francisco Giants
