Nikolai von Bismarck Career

Nikolai, Kate Moss’s partner, is a skilled photographer.

Nikolai “had a vacation job with fashion photographer Mario Testino, shooting New York exotic dancers,” according to the Evening Standard, when he was only 16 years old.

Before flying off to Parsons art school in Paris, he was well on his way to capturing Princess Beatrice’s 18th birthday.

He worked with Annie Leibovitz for two years after graduating from Parsons.  In 2013, he organized an Ethiopia-themed photography exhibition.

For Princess Beatrice of York’s formal 18th birthday portrait, he photographed her. Most recently, he finished ‘The Dior Sessions,’ a book of images released by Rizzoli in 2019, with tailoring by Kim Jones, Artistic Director of Dior Homme.

The pictures of Von Bismarck have featured in a variety of magazines, including the Financial Times, The Telegraph, Vogue, and the covers of W, GQ, and Harper’s Bazaar.

His reporting has appeared in the Daily Mirror and The Times, among other publications.
