Garo was born on June 2, 194. He was an American football placekicker who played for the Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the National Football League. He is regarded as one of the best placekickers in Miami Dolphins History. He played for Dolphins during 1970–1978
