Spencer Howard is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the Philadelphia Phillies.
His 2018 shoulder injury has been blamed for his inability to maintain his pitch velocity in the major leagues, a problem that has plagued him since.
