Who is Gregory Howell Jr?

Gregory Howell Jr. is an American football running back who currently plays for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League. He was born on March 27, 1996, in the city of Coconut Grove, Florida.

He played NCAA football at Florida Atlantic University, where he started 16 games and rushed for a total of 463 yards and 22 touchdowns on 284 carries.

Gregory Howell Jr. went to Coral Gables High School, which was located at 450 Bird Road in Coral Gables, Florida.

Following the 2018 NFL Draft, Howell signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent after going undrafted in the previous year. On September 1, 2018, the team released him from his contract.

The Houston Texans claimed Howell off waivers on September 2, 2018, and he has since joined the team. On March 1, 2021, he agreed to an extension of his contract with the team.
