As a co-star in the 2012 film Nymphomaniac, Goth got to know American actor Shia LaBeouf.

Goth and LaBeouf allegedly married on October 10, 2016, in a Las Vegas ceremony officiated by an Elvis impersonator.

A municipal official asserted two days later that only a commitment ceremony had taken place, not the couple’s legal marriage.

LaBeouf announced their marriage on The Ellen DeGeneres Show later that month. It was revealed that the pair had split and requested a divorce in September 2018.
