Chad Kuhl is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
As of June 26, 2016, Kuhl had been promoted from Indianapolis, made his major league debut, and won his first game for the Pittsburgh Pirates, 4–3.
There were five strikeouts in five innings of work for Kuhl in his first start. On the 16th of July, he was sent to Indianapolis and recalled on the 9th of August. He finished the season with the Pittsburgh Penguins after being recalled on August 9.

He went 5-5 with a 4.55 ERA in 85 innings in 16 starts. Kuhl underwent Tommy John surgery on September 19 and was out for the remainder of the 2019 season.
