Curt Casali, real name Curtis Michael Casali is one of the professional baseball players in America. He plays as a catcher for the San Francisco Giants baseball team of the Major League Baseball. Curt has a height of 1.88m and weighs 99.8 kg.

Curt began playing baseball as an amateur in high school at the New Canaan High School. After high school, he enrolled at Vanderbilt University where he played college baseball for the school’s baseball team.

He graduated in 2011 and was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 10th round of the 2011 MLB draft. He signed with the Tigers and was given $40,000 as a signing bonus. The Tigers made him start his professional career the following year in 2012 when he was assigned to play for West Michigan and the Class A+ Lakeland Flying Tigers, both minor leagues.

The Tigers traded him to Tampa Bay Rays in 2013. He was then assigned by the Rays to play for the Class A+ Charlotte Stone Crabs at the beginning of the season and later promoted to the Class AA Montgomery Biscuits that season.

Curt was called up to the majors by the Rays to make his MLB debut in July 2014. In January 2018, Curt signed a minor league contract with the Texas Rangers who released him in March that same season.

The San Francisco Giants signed Curt into their organisation in January 2021. The contract was worth $1.5 million and it’s for a year.
