For the New England Patriots of the National Football League, Tristan Vizcaino performs placekicking. He was born on July 31, 1996, in Chino Hills, California, in the US. He played high school football at Damien High School in La Verne, California. He also played collegiate football for the University of Washington’s Washington Huskies team from 2014 to 2017.
In 2017, when he made 12 field goals, he had his best game. After going undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, he signed a reserve/futures contract with the Cincinnati Bengals in January 2019. He was released from that contract in August 2019.
Vizcaino was unsigned for the 2019 NFL season. He did, however, sign Reserve/Futures contracts with the practice squads of the Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, and Minnesota Vikings in 2020. He was added to the San Francisco 49ers practice squad on January 1, 2021. He was added to the team’s active roster the following day in time for the team’s Week 17 game against the Seattle Seahawks. He made his NFL debut in the contest.
He was included in the Buffalo Bills’ practice squad on January 23, 2021. His practice squad contract with the team expired on February 1, 2021. On March 5, 2021, he signed a contract with the Los Angeles Chargers, then on June 10, 2022, he inked a contract with the New England Patriots.
