The Baltimore Ravens took Mason with the 184th overall choice in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Mason joined the Ravens on May 12, 2021. On August 31, 2021, he was released.
Mason joined the New England Patriots’ practice squad on September 1, 2021. On November 8, 2021, he was released.
Mason joined the Chicago Bears’ practice squad on December 7, 2021.
Mason agreed to a reserve/future contract with the Ravens on January 21, 2022.
