After a brief stint with the Arizona League Dodgers in 2015, Ros moved to the Ogden Raptors of the Pioneer Baseball League. With three home runs and 13 RBIs in 22 games, he slugged.253/.317/.467.

The Great Lakes Loons of Major League Baseball promoted him to the California League, where he hit .367/.394/.712 with 16 home runs and 46 RBIs in 177 at-bats over 42 games.

He began 2016 with the Great Lakes Loons of the Midwest League, where he batted.252 with six home runs and 13 RBIs in 33 games.

He was promoted once more, this time to the Texas League’s Tulsa Drillers. In 2016, he was recognized as the best minor league talent in the Dodgers organization.

When the Texas League mid-season all-star game was held last year, Ros was selected as one of the starters.

A total of 393 at-bats resulted in his hitting.309 with 24 home runs and 91 runs batted in during the season, which saw him play for the Tulsa RoughRiders and the AAA Oklahoma City Diamondbacks.

Both Baseball America and MiLB.com named him a Dodgers Organization All-Star at Double-A.

On September 1, 2018, he was added to the Los Angeles Dodgers 40-man roster. To start 2019, he returned to Oklahoma City, where he hit .270/.340/.575 with 31 home runs and 91 RBIs in 393 at-bats.
