Clint was born September 6, 1994, to parents Mark and Kim Frazier in Loganville, Georgia in the USA. He began his amateur baseball career at Loganville High School where he was awarded the Jackie Robinson Award, an award is given to the Perfect Game National Player of the Year.

In 2013, Clint was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 2013 MLB Draft. He signed with the Indians for a $3.5 million signing bonus. He then made his professional debut after he was assigned to play for the Arizona Indians of the Rookie-level Arizona League.

The Indians traded him to the New York Yankees in July 2016 for some players. The Yankees assigned him to play for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders of the International League that season.

Clint was promoted to the major leagues for the first time on July 1, 2017, by the Yankees. He made his MLB debut that same day for the Yankees. In December 2021, Clint signed a one-year major league contract with the Chicago Cubs. The contract was worth $1.5 million.
