Anthony(Tony) Gonsolin is a professional baseball player of American descent who is known to pitch for the Los Angeles Dodgers team. He has a height of 1.9m.

Born on May 14, 1994, in Vacaville, California in the  United States, Tony had his high school career and education at Vacaville High School in California. He completed it in 2012 but was not drafted by any team thus he thus he decided to continue his education and enrolled at the St. Mary’s College of California where he played college baseball.

When he finally graduated from college he began his professional career when the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team drafted him during the ninth round of the 2016 MLB draft. He spent his first professional season playing for the Ogden Raptors and Great Lakes Loons.

In 2018,  Tony was named the team’s minor league pitcher for the year. He played for the Oklahoma City Dodgers at the beginning of the 2019 season but he was called up to the majors in June that same year. He made his MLB debut playing as a starting pitcher when the Dodgers played against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
